Rice Health Care Facilities held a two-day leadership symposium at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on March 24th and 25th. The Symposium was for all of our Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Directors of Tenant Services, and Corporate Compliance team. The topics included a DISC leadership seminar presented by guest speaker, Jim Brooke, of Synergy 1, LLC, as well as updates on policy and procedure and government regulations.
The purpose of the DISC Survey and Leadership training was to increase awareness of communication styles and benefit all of us individually in our leadership styles.
Rice also held the DISC survey and leadership seminar at our Corporate office for all Corporate personnel on March 26th.
