At Rice, we provide living options and care services for older adults in communities throughout Wisconsin.
An important aspect of our company mission is to cultivate and maintain strong connections with the communities we serve. We strive to know and work with community leaders in order to partner together to meet the needs of the community, especially people needing long term care services.
We are proud to be one of the largest employers in many of our communities, creating jobs for those who would otherwise need to travel a long distance to find work. We participate in the local Chambers of Commerce and support fundraisers for local charities. In addition, we are happy to be able to offer Meals-on-Wheels in certain communities.
